John ‘Dusty’ King was an American actor and singer best known for his roles in Westerns during the 1930s and 1940s. Originally a radio announcer and vocalist, he transitioned into acting thanks to his strong voice and leading-man looks.
King is most remembered for his role as one of the trio in the βRange Bustersβ Western series, where he appeared alongside Ray “Crash” Corrigan and Max Terhune. His character, often named βDusty,β became his screen identity and a fan favorite among B-Western audiences.
